The Skolkovo Foundation

This is a modern scientific and technological innovation complex for the development and commercialization of new technologies. The fund's activities are aimed at creating an ecosystem, creating a favorable environment for the innovation process.

The Skolkovo Foundation identified five key areas of potential growth: energy efficiency, strategic computer technologies, biomedicine, nuclear technologies and space technologies.

To support and implement innovative projects to develop a specific product within the framework of strategic areas, the fund provides grants, as well as tax preferences for residents.

Mini-grants

Type of funding: Without joint financing

Only Skolkovo Foundation's member (resident) can get a mini-grant. The maximum amount of a mini-grant is no more than ₽ 5 million.

Микрогранты

Type of funding: Without joint financing

Only Skolkovo Foundation's member (resident) can get a micro-grant. The maximum amount of a micro-grant is no more than ₽ 1,5 million. Participants can apply for grants no more than ₽ 4 million of the total amount.

Grants

Type of funding: Partial funding

Only Skolkovo Foundation's member (resident) can get a micro-grant. The amount of the grant varies from ₽ 5 million to ₽ 300 million with the growing proportional co-funding.
